The connection was even poorer than my ex-provider’s. Lots of hidden fees did not mention when signed up. Have regreted to move to iPrimus…
Have been with iPrimus for 3 months, so far so good.
I have met a few dropouts in the past months, and the speed is sometimes very slow.
Great internet service provider! Always response quickly when theres a technical issue.
I have been with iPrimus for two years since moved from Optus. Most of the time when I call I get through to the staff very quick, and they solve problems quickly. Now it’s up and running quicker than Optus. Apart from that, the price is lower than Optus.
I’m very happy with the service of iPrimus Internet connection and now I have already purchased a moblie post paid plan with iPrimus too. The customer service is excellent, no issues with the connection, fast speed. Highly recommend!
