  2. As an existing customer, C mobile did not advise me that they had new better value plans. When I found it, I called them to switch plans. However, it was a non-English speaker staff that she could not understand what I said.

  3. My experience with C Mobile is totally positive. It was easy to set up, I love the no-contract, it’s very cost-effective compared with other service providers, and C Mobile’s customer service is fantastic.

  4. C Mobile use Telstra‘s network that the coverage is brilliant. I use post paid service and use it for the Internet mostly and the sms. I find it ideal for my situation and if I need to contact them with any problem via email, they are quick to respond and the problem is solved quickly, I would not use any other only C Mobile.

  5. I have not had any problem with coverage at any time. I have a prepaid plan which suits all my needs. C Mobile‘s staff were very patient and I fully understood what I was getting.

  6. Extremely happy with C Mobile. Coverage is tremendous and customer service is second to none. Every interaction I have had with C Mobile has been really positive.
