I ordered a sim online ten days ago, but I have not received it. I contacted Kogan about my problem, they just advised me to continue waiting. I checked my mailbox every day carefully, but nothing in it. So frustrated! Will never go with Kogan again.
Had issue with activating my sim, and the customer service I received make me wanna give them a big 0 rate! They promised they would activate my sim in 48 hours. But till now, I still cannot use my sim. Ridiculous!
My network coverage is very terrible. And customer service is another disaster. Once I called them 10 mins before they close, but the staff on the phone was so rush and impolite, didn’t want to listen to me at all.
Kogan mobile is cheaper than most, it is very reliable, you get more data for you dollar, and calls. The coverage is great. Very satisfied with the customer service.

I have been on Kogan for over 13 months and I have to say that is perfect. It has Vodafone 4G speeds without the price. Kogan\'s network coverage in Melbourne is pretty good.
I have no complaints with the Kogan 365 day pre paid mobile plan. Its been very reliable and no issues with the coverage from Vodafone. Its been the cheapest and most reliable service I have had for my mobile service. I have had this service now just for a year and will continue to renew with Kogan.

The coverage is reliable except in regional Melbourne. Sometimes drops out but not very common. Speed slows down at night.
Cheapest sim plan with lots of data. Download speed is above average and just a few dropouts. For this price, no complaints.
