  1. Poor phone service and customer service! They removed money from my account for service they did not provide. Promised a refund but nothing happened.

  2. Unhappy with TPG service! Two days could not make calls and use the internet service. TPG stopped my service suddenly with a notification. I checked my account and found my money has been transferred to TPG a few days ago. I called TPG for this issue and they told me that their end did not receive my money. I told them that I already received an invoice from them. Then they said there was a problem with their system and asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I waited two days to have my service restored.

  3. No data and could not make or receive calls for three weeks. Phoned the customer service centre and was told that all was normal in my area, and no resolution was provided. Have switched to Moose, much better!!

  4. Completely regret choosing TPG. Cannot find any good. Bad customer service, slow download speed and poor coverage.

  5. Worst decision I’ve ever made that changed to TPG. The connection is really poor, I moved the modem to every location in my house to improve the condition, but it didn’t work. My call waited for nearly one to get through, and the staff was not helpful at all.

  6. Last week, I could not send a message and go on the internet, but it worked after I restarted it. It happened three times. I called TPG to check what happened, but they refused. How can they treat their customer in this way? !!!

  7. I have been with TPG mobile $20 plan for many years. I signed the same TPG mobile sim for sister. Whenever I call TPG customer service, it is easy to connect and solve the problems efficiently. But TPG App really needs improved, it is very slow and not working much. When I need to check my usage, I have to go to the website. Anyway, happy with TPG!

  8. Never try TPG…I signed up online, and it took me 4 days to get my sim. However, it was just the start of trouble, cannot make calls, data not working, useless customer service…

  9. I have been with TPG mobile for over 5 years and did not meet any problem. I’m on the $20 a month plan and it provides great value for money.
