NEVER CHOOSE DODO! I ordered a $5 plan for my son. Money was immediately taken away from my account after placing the order, but no service at all until three days later. Made multiple calls to them, no solution or advice, just asked me to wait.
Very disappointed with Dodo! During the lockdown, my kids are learning from home and my husband and I are working from home. The constant loss of connection has really caused serious inconvenience to the whole family. They suggested resetting the modem, but it was still disconnected. And they said they would send me a new modem but it might take 5-7 days which mean there would be 5-7 days no internet. Absolutely nightmare!
Disappointing experience with Dodo. Quick enough to take your money away, but when it comes to service, extremely poor!!!
Have been with Dodo for two months. The download speed is reasonable. The network coverage is quite good and talking quite clear. Few dropouts sometimes, but overall feels it okay.
Everything works very well, and the only one time we had a problem with the connection and finally found out it was a fault in the electricity connection. I am happy with Dodo and their service.
The network is too unreliable that I am considering to change to a better network provider even if I have just been with Dodo for one month. I was attracted by Dodo’s low price, but their service was really disappointing.

I have been with Dodo for over 10 years and I couldn\'t ask for better service from Dodo. Dodo\'s coverage is great, plans are excellent value and consumer service is awesome.
My family have been with dodo mobile for two months now and had little issues with set up and coverage of the network is ok.The price is good that $16 unlitmed calls and Texts a month .
