I Have no idea what are they doing!!!!!!

My modem(purchased from them) went wrong, I called them for a new one. However, four weeks later now, I have not received my new modem. Even I had made multiple calls. I Have no idea what are they doing!!!!!!

Can't deliver the service as promise

Can’t deliver the service as promise. The speed is totally not up to the speed promised at only 14Mbps download and 19mbps upload. Consider to change another provider.
