The connection is reliable and the speed is very quick even during the evening peak time. The price is competitive on the market.
Switched from Exetel for Superloop’s higher speed at a similar price. The speed does higher than Exetel but is not stable. In just 2 days, I have experienced 5 dropouts and need to reset the modem to re-connect. I phoned the help centre, and the staff spoke too quick to catch up. Anyway, I consider changing to another provider next month.
