The Applicants must be:
  • Over 18
  • Australian citizens
  • Applying as individuals
  • Owner-occupiers
  • Less than $125k income for individuals and $200k for joint-applicants
  • Have a building contract* between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020

*New home valued must be less than $750k and construction costs must be between $150k-$750k for renovation (final value of the property not exceeding $1.5m)
