Terrible experience ever. I ported my number from Telstra. Amaysim said it would just take 1-3 hours, but actually, it took 5 days. I could not make or receive any calls. I called them every day and received the same response asking me to wait. Very disappointing, avoid Amaysim!
Plan’s sounds awesome, but rubbish…….Snail internet speed, call dropouts and poor customer service.
Compared with OVO, the internet speed is slower and the connection quality is poorer.
I have been with Amaysim for 3 years or so and am more than happy with service they provide. For customer support, Amaysim staff are very friendly and helpful. Besides, Amaysim gives fantastic service website easy to navigate.
