Absolutely TRASH!!!!Poor coverage and speed!!No matter when and what I ask, they just give me a standard answer–please wait for 24-48 hrs. Never call back and sort out my problem within 24-48 hrs.

it’s already 2 weeks and the old provider already disconnected my service but still the Coles plan has not been activated. I contacted support 4-5 times, in addition logged 2 complaints. Coles just email me after I asked for refund and logged the last complaint 2 days ago, told me that I would lose my number if I want refund and promised to send me email to update the situation (they did not even send any email before that). Still waiting just because I don’t want to lose my number, but this is the worst situation I have ever been… Read more »

Unhappy with the coverage and the call quality. Poor reception. Regret leaving Vodafone.

I have been using Coles Mobile now for about 6 months and although I had initial issues of porting my number, it has been smooth sailing. Great value for money, and the coverage is good.

I purchased the $180 prepaid deal and it works out to be great value! Also connection has been better so far with Coles mobile which runs off Optus.

I have been with Coles Mobile for 6 months. Initially I had some issues of porting my number, but it has been smooth sailing. In general, Coles mobile’s service is very reliable
