Vaya Unlimited 30GB Month To Month SIM Only Mobile Plan uses the Optus 3G, Optus 4G Plus which provides coverage to over 97.30% of the Australian population, and theoretically be able to achieve download speeds of up to 1Mbps.
I did not make any international SMS but got charged. I contacted Vaya, and they sent me the invoice showing that the SMS was made at midnight when I must have been sleeping. I also checked it on my phone, but nothing found. I asked Vaya for an explanation. However, I cannot get through, and no reply for emails. I don’t want to pay for a service I didn’t use. Moreover, who can ensure it wouldn’t happen again!
I got charge $50 without a notice, why? Have not had such experience with other provider.I really hope I could get at least a SMS telling me that my data has been used out.
No problems at all with network coverage in Melbourne metro area.
