After several years of reliable service, Aussie continues to provide great value for the money. Whenever I had a technical issue that required me to speak with customer support, they didn’t disappoint; each time was like having an expert from down under help out.
Not as good as reviews say. Switched from Exetel for one month. The speed is better but more dropouts. Very hard to get connect on rainy days and busy hours.
I have been with Aussie for nearly four years. In this time, I just had few issues. And these issues had sorted out quickly with just a phone call to them. Download and upload speeds are as quick as they advised and very reliable. Almost no dropouts even during the peak time.
