WORST SERVICE EVER!!!I submitted an enquiry online, and it took weeks before I received a reply saying that my enquiry had been closed but the issue was not resolved!!!
Fraudulent company!! Rubbish coverage and customer service!!! Have stolen over $300 from my bank account! They have admitted that was their fault but refuse a refund! They just deserve 0 rate!!!!
No service for 3 weeks……every week I get promised “will be working by Friday”. Three Friday has passed, still no service.
I am a new user, happy with coverage but not customer service at all.
