Switched from Exetel for Superloop’s higher speed at a similar price. The speed does higher than Exetel but is not stable. In just 2 days, I have experienced 5 dropouts and need to reset the modem to re-connect. I phoned the help centre, and the staff spoke too quick to catch up. Anyway, I consider changing to another provider next month.
