Followed the instructions but cannot activate my sim. Had contacted them for help but did not make sense. Have cancelled the service with Telechoice and look for another carrier.
I have been with TeleChoice for years. Awesome customer service and great coverage! Telechoice even upgraded plan many times without further charge and not even requesting it. Love it!
Excellent coverage with stable connection which are good, but the customer service is complete disaster.
Can’t activate my sim online as instructions don’t match website.
The coverage is good, always has adequate connection even in remote area.
All I want to say is teleChoice is crap!!!! You can never find a worse mobile company!!!I called to them to sort out a simple problem, but the operator just answered “ok, ok, sure, sure” without listening to what I was saying. I emailed to them two weeks ago, haven’t got any response
Telechoice uses Telstra as their carrier that the coverage is excellent. Prices are amazingly low for the top service provided and the company rewarded for bringing additional services across. Customer service is good old fashion Aussie service.
