I have this card which I have never actually used. What a surprise I had to find the annual fee debited to the card( i repeat i have never used the credit available on this card). This strikes me as a rather “sharp” practice and I certainly won’t be recommending this bank to anyone else. It’s outrageous charging and I left wondering what other appalling practices this bank is capable of

ANZ\'s fees and charges are as competitive as a lot of other banks. ANZ\'s online banking experience is usually ok, but it is sometimes down for maintenance, and transactions don\'t always appear on the account summary on time . The transactions did not appear until several days after they have occurred, making it difficult to keep track of my money spent.
