Absolutely USELESS! I’m looking for a new phone/data service. Nobody at the shop has any idea, and the number I was given to call in order to have a couple of questions answere is absolutely USELESS: DOESN’T provide relevant information; assumes EVERYBODY is a 5yo nerd who understands the language; and has no ‘Speak to a person’ option. WTF DO you do?? Or perhaps you just don’t want the business?!
To quote Fred Flintstone: Usefull as a cuntful of cold water!
Bought 2 $2 SIMs yesterday, only one works. The other one cannot be activated. Have contacted the service for a refund and no reply at the moment.
The customer service is fine but the data speed is terrible. I think Telstra’s network is terrible in my area. Is there a way can choose a mobile network by myself.
Ported from Vodafone on last Tuesday, still cannot make or receive calls. It has had a serious impact on my work. Wish I had never signed up with Woolies.
Ported from Vodafone 4 days ago, cannot make calls and send texts. I contacted them and told it still needed 2 weeks for Vodafone to look into it. Nightmare! Wish I had never made that wrong decision……
I have been woolworths mobile customer for a while now. Overall, Woolworths Mobile is great for network coverage and consumer service, but I have noticed that I cannot use Woolworths mobile app after the mobile data is used up.
Extremely satisfied with Woolworths. It’s value for money for sure. Customer service is excellent so happy to help me out. I will definitely continue to stay as a Woolworths mobile customer.
I use the $20 pre paid plan. Compared to other carriers I have used, the coverage of woolworths is great as is value for money. I love the discount on my recharge that the cost is then only $18. And the customer support is really helpful.
