*Blackhawk Project – Sierra Nevada has identified two major and extensive components of a large mineralised system at its Blackhawk Project – an epithermal component and a porphyry component. The Blackhawk epithermal vein system is prospective for high grade, structurally controlled Ag-Au and base metal deposits.

*Colorback Project – The Colorback Project is prospective for Carlin style gold deposits. The Colorback Project consists of 42 contiguous 20 acre claims and covers an area of 3.4km2.

*Warrior Project – Warrior project is a large historic mining centre contained within a substantial alteration system that is prospective for high grade vein and disseminated Au-Ag epithermal, skarn breccia and carlin style deposits.

*New Pass Project – The New Pass Project is prospective for epithermal-style gold deposits and jasperoid-hosted Carlin style gold deposits within the NW orientated Austin Trend.

*Generative Project – Sierra Nevada has established a grassroots generative program to detect large-scale hydrothermal systems capable of hosting tier-one deposits within the underexplored Walker Lane Trend of southwest Nevada.

Sierra Nevada Gold Inc raised $10,031,000 at $0.50 per share in its initial public offering (IPO). The Offer opens on 11 March 2022 and closes on 31 March 2022. The date for quotation on ASX is 3 May 2022.
