On May 30, 2018, Virgin Mobile announced the that the Virgin Mobile will stop selling services to new customers since June 15, 2018. First of all, the customer can continue to use their service if signed for a 24-month contract or move to Optus for the customer who closes to finishing their contract. How does Pro-rata work out If you spend a minimum of $40 per month, but you would like to leave early, you will be charged ( $40 x ( total days of the month on Virgin Mobile service % total days of the month) ).

For customer who has the 12-month mobile phone plan contract, you will need to pay early exit fees.
