Friendly service, plans are competitive. Sometimes it will be a few minutes between dropouts, mostly good.
Not 24h contact line. If you are busy on weekdays and have not spare time, you can only contact them on weekends, by the way, they are closed on Sundays. It is very very very hard to get through to the phone staff.
Great coverage and download speeds. Have been with Think for 8 months, very happy.
I've been with Think Mobile since 2010，and My husband has also joined Think Moible a couple of years ago. We get free calls to each other on the swift plans. Because most of our calls are to each other, Think moible is pretty good for us. We live in a rural area where mobile coverage is a real problem, but Think Mobile has always helped us find the best solution and the customer service has been outstanding over the years.
