I did not make any international SMS but got charged. I contacted Vaya, and they sent me the invoice showing that the SMS was made at midnight when I must have been sleeping. I also checked it on my phone, but nothing found. I asked Vaya for an explanation. However, I cannot get through, and no reply for emails. I don’t want to pay for a service I didn’t use. Moreover, who can ensure it wouldn’t happen again!
I got charge $50 without a notice, why? Have not had such experience with other provider.I really hope I could get at least a SMS telling me that my data has been used out.

I cancelled my account before the next billing cycle but still got charged. I contacted the customer service centre. They told me I would get a refund, but till now, nothing happened.
Since I signed up with Vaya some time last year I have had nothing short of praise for it’s efficiency and reliability. When I first contacted with the staff of Vaya that I needed some assistance, and the staff were so approachable and easy to understand.
