Happy with Westnet. Consultant was very patient and helpful!
Very poor customer service. I applied their service online and received my sim card two days later. A sim card and a letter were saying that the activation will take up to 72 hours. However, a week after that, there was still no activation and even explanation. I called them but did not make any sense.
So far so good!
For customer service and support, I can’t say anything bad because they have been fantastic. I can always get assistance on the phone like checking my bills / usage at any point in time and reprint. Not once over a six year period has there been an error in my bill.
We have been with Westnet now for over 5 years. Even living in a rual area the internet, costs, speed & service of Westnet have never been better.
