Slow Connections
TPG broadband is a nightmare. Expect slow or no internet about four days a week. Even after complaining and showing evidence, they insist everything is fine on their end.

Excellent service, great customer support, and reliable FTTB connection. I has been with Telstra for three years and highlights the Smart Modem 3’s seamless switch to 4G during rare NBN outages, providing a positive overall experience. Value for money.
Unreliable 5G Internet
Worst 5G experience ever. Despite claiming 100 Mbps, it’s incredibly laggy, dropping to zero frequently. Constant connecting and disconnecting make it nearly unusable. Stay away for a smoother internet experience.
